This is part of a typical client journey, where we have already identified the need for a data project or IT solution and we've worked alongside your team to implement and execute the solution.

Your data/IT roll out priorities + workflows
Here, we’ve started to transition the project over to your team.
It means that the “ownership” will change: We will migrate the end-to-end processes from sitting with our development team, over to your internal team. This will involve defining the roles and responsibilities that will be split between Notitia and your business.
This might result in your people having complete ownership over the new data/IT project. Or, some roles might be managed by the Notitia team, with other roles managed by your people internally. This depends on your preferences, resourcing and capacity in your business.
At this point in the process, we typically divide the roll-out into two broad workflows: "non-critical" and "external facing" workflows.
We always start with the "non-critical" (internal to your business or less critical) workflows, before we move onto the "external facing" systems. This ensures that the rollout is a very polished process.
#1 Non-critical workflow:
These are still essential to your business, but typically these workflows are internal to your teams.
Approach:
We ask that you make a few team members available to get involved in the "nitty gritty" work. These are people who can test the system in action and give rapid and honest feedback. This allows us to fine-tune the solution before it goes out to a broader audience.
Typically, this might involve working on an internal reporting process that is essential for the business. Your people are aware that certain changes are going to happen to the system and they can take that in their stride.
#2 Critical or external facing workflows:
You might have a public facing interface that is published to the web, or an internal system that displays reports to your executives.
Either way, there's very low tolerance for change in those systems. And any change has to be really well communicated, well in advance.
Approach:
We use the fine-tuning knowledge gained from step #1 to approach step #2 with more finesse.
Unlike "non-critical" tasks, we work on developing the "critical" or "external facing" processes and roles and responsibilities, and iron out any bumps, before they are introduced to the business.
It means that your people have time to get up-to-speed, so that when we're planning the “external version” of those rollouts, your team is already confident and clear about the expectations and workflows.
