Fyna Foods Australia - Awarded 'Manufacturing Excellence'

Fyna Foods, a leading Australian confectionery manufacturer, has been awarded the Qlik ANZ Digital Transformation Award for Manufacturing Excellence, recognising their innovative use of Qlik Sense - SaaS (Cloud) to transform operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Facing outdated systems, Fyna Foods partnered with Notitia to modernise their operations, improve efficiencies, and remain competitive in the FMCG sector. The transformation focused on moving their on-premise infrastructure to Qlik Sense - SaaS, consolidating data across departments and empowering teams with real-time insights. This project was overseen by Notitia, providing "CIO As A Service" and ongoing support through "Analytics as a Managed Service."

Daniel Janka, Fyna Foods’ Business Operations Manager, highlighted the impact: “Fyna’s use of real-time data, made possible through Qlik’s intuitive platform, transformed not just how reports were generated but how decisions were made. This new data-centric culture allowed us to respond quickly to market changes and customer demands.”

West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) – Awarded ‘Excellence in Healthcare’

WGHG has been awarded the Qlik ANZ Digital Transformation Award for Excellence in Healthcare, recognising their innovative use of Qlik Sense - SaaS (Cloud) to transform healthcare data management, streamline reporting, and enhance decision-making.

The solution, implemented in partnership with Notitia, has empowered WGHG’s clinicians, managers, and executives with real-time data insights, leading to improved healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.

WGHG Activity Based Funding Manager, Robyn Weeks, highlighted the impact:

Foodbank Victoria – Awarded ‘ESG-Centred App Innovation’

Foodbank Victoria, Australia’s largest food relief organisation, has been recognised with the Qlik ANZ Digital Transformation Award for ESG-centred App Innovation.

The organisation’s use of Qlik Sense - SaaS (Cloud) and custom food strategy apps has transformed how they deliver food relief across Victoria.

By leveraging real-time data and interactive dashboards, Foodbank Victoria ensures food distribution is efficient and impactful, maximising their social return on investment.

Foodbank Victoria’s Applied Research & Innovation Manager, Kennie Greagen, said the recognition was testament to the organisation’s commitment to addressing food insecurity through a data-driven approach.

“This award acknowledges the hard work and dedication of our team and our partners, who have been instrumental in integrating real-time data into our decision-making processes,” Ms Greagen said.


“Digital transformation has enhanced our ability to deliver food to those most in need efficiently.”

South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) – Awarded ‘Local Impact in Healthcare’

SWSPHN has been honoured with the Qlik ANZ Digital Transformation Award for Local Impact in Healthcare, recognising their migration from an on-premise system to Qlik Sense - SaaS (Cloud).

This transformation has allowed SWSPHN to reduce operational costs and provide real-time data insights, enabling healthcare providers across South Western Sydney to deliver improved patient care.

Laing O’Rourke – Awarded ‘Impactful Engagement through Data’

Laing O’Rourke’s award for Impactful Engagement through Data highlights their use of Qlik Sense - SaaS (Cloud) to drive real-time data insights, improve cost tracking, and enhance operational efficiency in the North East Link State Authority (NELSA) project.

The project, Victoria’s largest road infrastructure initiative, benefited from Laing O’Rourke’s ability to use data to manage and track construction effectively, ensuring that major upgrades like the $5.7 billion Eastern Freeway and the $3.8 billion M80 Ring Road were managed with precision.
